No Man Left Behind
Mile Markers are intended to offer the traveler realistic expectations regarding progress towards their destination.
For SoCal Men’s Ministry Leaders, there are markers that can also assist in achieving the desired destination.
SoCal Iron Men Conference:
September 12 – 13 is the final destination.
Recharge Days:
March 22, 2025
May 24, 2025
June 7, 2025
Key Leader Dates:
March 9, (2 weeks before Recharge Day):
- Make announcements and advertise upcoming Recharge Days and the Iron Men Conference.
- Share flyers, graphics, slides, and social medias.
- Ensure men request time off from work for upcoming dates.
- Speak to the Sponsorship Programs available so that “No Man is Left Behind”.
- Coordinate who will assist in transportation and
- Any potential lodging needs.
May 4, (2 weeks before Recharge Day):
- Make announcements and advertise upcoming Recharge Days and the Iron Men Conference.
- Share flyers, graphics, slides, and social medias.
- Ensure men request time off from work for upcoming dates.

August 3, announce registration for Conference.
- Make announcements and advertise upcoming Recharge Days and the Iron Men Conference.
- Share flyers, graphics, slides, and social medias.
- Ensure men request time off from work for upcoming dates.
- Speak to the Sponsorship Programs available so that “No Man is Left Behind”.
- Coordinate who will assist in transportation and
- Any potential lodging needs.
August 24 to September 12: All-out assault for registering men for Conference.
- Registration tables in church.
- Have a check-list of men of your church.
- Track who has and who has not yet registered for Conference.
- Men with Lanyards (and the registration QR Codes) to track down (from list) and get men committed.
Ensure all men know to:
- Request time off from work in advance,
- Who has open seats in their vehicles for transportation to and from the event.
- Bring their QR ticket codes to the event registration table at checkin.
- Bring funds for food, extra merch, gas share, water bottles, and anything else.
- Share on their personal social media from SoCalIronmen.org to get the word out.
- Think of listing those they can invite to the upcoming Recharge Day and Iron Men Conference AND followup with them about coming.
- Obtain extra tickets to give away to friends.
- No one should not attend because of finances – every an should attend! This is a spiritual growth and Kingdom Building event.
